Some people may be thinking how can he be upset about this?! he called an All-in with just low pair on a super scary board. That is the exact reason this hand is so sad. I made the right read, made the kwickfish-esque bravecall, and was not rewarded. A little insight into the hand...this guy and I had been going at it on multiple tables. He loved the $16 raise and I had been coming over the top of him repeatedly. I figured his flatcall and then insta-shove of my flop bet to be a frustration move and made the call.
Clearly this player had SOME outs - that's the nature of the game blah blah blah. However, these kind of hands can be very demoralizing (at least temporarily).

Man, that is brutal! I know exactly how you feel, it's not the percentages per say, it's the fact that you owned them both and they still walked with the pot. More principle than anything, and those are the type of pots that put me on tilt more than any other kind of loss. I commend you on the call with the AJ buddy, keep at it

ROFLCOPTER. I was the first out. I sucked and that was that. I'm actually really bad live. Anyway Vegas is great so far. I'm learning a lot. I actually gambled some at the casino and I'm 19. Lol I "don't look a day over 12" as I was told. I'm leaving Thurs, too bad we couldn't get to hang out.
